Name: The Fury of the Tempest, Fury or Tempest for short. True/birth name unknown
Age: 5000
Race: Human... or at least, he was.
Appearance: Fury is... interesting to say the least. Having used his own dragon's magic to save her live, he went through a metermorphis, changing him into a draconic humainod. Most of Fury's scales are yellow, through the ridge of his wings and his belly are dark blue - just like his eyes. Addtionaly, there are twin white lightning bolts running form the base of his neck to the base of his tail. His wings have four white stripes running down them, and he limbs have to spirraling white strips as well.
His face - stragnely - is covered in a white mask, through his mouth and eyes are still seeable.
Because of the draconic magic, Fury has become faster than a human - faster than most elves as well - with this has come increased endurance, so he can run swiftly for quite some time. Fury does have wings, but he can't fly as fast, or as far as a dragon can, through he is a lot more agile in the air than a dragon, thanks to his small size. Finnaly, Fury has a huge desposit of magical energy, and has great control of any magic he casts
This transformation through comes at a cost... Fury is being ripped apart. Draining his strength, Fury takes then ten times the time to heal than a human would, even if he his helped by magic. Addtionally he has painful spasms, and recvies wounds for no apperant reason. Finnaly drawing upon his magic wounds him, the more magic he uses, the more wounded he gets. This situation is just getting worse and worse...
Personality: Fury is quite a cheery person, practicly always having a smile in place and often teasing people one way or another, and is very playful, so it can be quite easy to find him annoying... and just as easy to find him enjoyable. Suprisingly through, Fury is a bit of a lone wolf, perfering his own - or his dragon's - company.
Fury is also a daredevil, taking unnseceray risks just for the thrill off it, through he makes sure that his risks never harm or hamper what he has to do. On top of this, Fury is a rebel, hating to take orders and always following his own moral code... part of which means he'll never take a live unless it is for food...
History: Once Fury was a dragon rider... a content dragon riders, he had friends who would die for him, and who he would die for. he had all the thrills he wanted, and a beautiful dragon... however it changed when the one he loved was kidnapped, along with her dragon. Fury and his dragon chased after them, but we brought down by the kidnappers. But not before he learnt the reason, the boss kidnapper had found the name of the acient language... but he needed Fury's love to translate this. With this in mind, Fury made a hard descion... Knowing that his bond with his dragon was so strong the even far away he would feel her pain... both pychailly and mentally, and he knew that if he felt this pain, he would not be able to continue...
So he did the the only thing that could be done in order to chase the kidnappers... he split his bond with his dragon. Fury successfully stopped the kindappers, saved his love and destrioed the tablet which held the name of the acient lagunage...
However his return was all but trupimant. Imprissoned by the elves for spillitng his bond with his dragon, Fury was forced to watch as his dragon - which had transformed into a primal beast of rage that thrist for revenge - kill first his loves dragon - a dragon which his own had loved - and then his love. Then he was set before his dragon... before she could strike however, his over firends and their own dragons came to the rescue, with thier help he fled from the place, fled for the entire contry, fleeing across the sea... his friends however, died saving him, his dragon chased after him and the elves wove a great spell, decreeing that he will never see Agelsia again unless he renewed his bond with his dragon... something they thought would be impossible.
Years past, and through his bond to his dragon had been broken, the magic still kept him alive, even through he whished to join his friends... a wish that he knew he himself could not complete... Through pure chance, Fury encountered bandits 'playing' with his dragon, which they had somehow captured... So great was Fury's rage that he broke his own code... and killed them all. Reaching his dragon Fury despaired, knowing that her wounds where fatal, and that he did not have the magic to save her... so he did the only thing he could think of and reached into her mind, pushing back all of her barriars, reached deep into her own magic... and pulled it into himself. Using this magic Fury saved his dragon's live... and metarmorphised him into draconic humaniod... this renewed his bond with his dragon, stronger than every before... after spending years upon years with his dragon, doing what he can for the contry which took him in... now his returns to the place of his birth... for reasons only he, and his dragon know.
Roleplaying example: Lone wolf... an interesting term, one which is cerntitnly fits the bill of The Fury of the Tempest, and cheerful, playful fellow who perfers hos own comapny, even with the freinds that he has, he still perfers to keep himself to himself... most of the time at least.
