Name:Islanzadi Drottning(formal)
Age:400 years old
Race:Elf
Appearance: Being the Queen of the Elves you have to look good, even when your an elf. Whether or not she uses magic to enhance her appearance, is of no matter. She is beautiful nevertheless. Dark hair falls down past her shoulders. Feathers are constantly poking out of her hair, but they always seem to just make her look more beautiful. Flowers are sometimes put in her hair on formal occasions and they make her look even better.
Islanzadi has a smooth, unwrinkled face. Her cheeks are slightly red and her lips full. Her eyebrows are carefully plucked and her eyelashes enhanced. Her nose fits in perfectly with her face and her eyes, which are a deep green color. She stands at about 5'7 which is tall for a woman. She wears tunics of crimson and gold, and has a golden belt around her slim waist. Jewels adorn it and a small dagger usually resides there. She wears a silver necklace around her neck. It appears simple, but writing is etched upon it and it radiates power.
Personality: The first few years of Islanzadi's reign were good ones. She had a nice husband and helped him rule prosperously. She was happy most of the time. But when her husband died and her only daughter left, things got worse. She began to sulk around, rarely leaving her home. When people talked to her she seemed frail. She was prone to random yelling and not many people wanted to speak with her. When her daughter, Arya returned things got better. But they didn't stay that way for long.
When Arya came home Islanzadi couldn't be described other than being as happy as could be. Servants didn't mind working for her, and she ruled fairly. She smiled often and was not prone to her intense anger anymore. Instead of spending all her time in
the library she went out often and spoke to the trees of recent comings and goings. She was obviously happy. But then the forest grew sick.
It is said that the elves are tied with the forest. As long as the forest is healthy, so is the elves. This is partly true. When the forest gets sick, the elves feel it in their heart. And Islanzadi has been feeling it the worst. Now adays she sits at home, staring into space. She gets angered easily and it's hard for her to smile. She has bags under her eyes and though she is still beautiful, she does not have the old radiance she used to. To describe her in three words know would be:short-tempered, tired, and moody.
History:Most of Islanzadi's early life is unknown to people. She grew up as a normal elf child would. She learned everything she would need to know in her life. It was when she was 225 that things gave a wild turn.
The newly crowned king had been going through a stroll through Ellesmera when a maiden caught his eye. She was singing to a tree and her voice spilled over him. He became entranced and at once walked over to her. They began to chat and struck up a great friendship. But that friendship turned into something way bigger. Two years later they were married and lived happily for many years. She was a good leader and helped reign proudly. But the risk of Galbatorix was still there and when Islanzadi's husband went out to fight, he was killed. Islanzaid grieved with her new child, Arya a girl who looked just like her. Islanzadi became moody and Arya fled, wanting to help the Varden. Islanzadi, who had recently been helping the Varden, withdrew her support. She went into a trance and when word came that Arya was missing, Islanzadi couldn't have taken it worse.
For many years Islanzadi grieved. But then Arya reappeared and Islanzadi couldn't help but be happy again. Now she has sent her troops to help support the Varden and is trying her best to overthrow Galbatorix and his evil reign!
