She watched the men release Elaniver and she cautioned them back before she let her eyes search through Elaniver's again. She let her hand travel down his chest and stop on the middle of his chest, her eyes held amusement in them as she looked back at the man he had attacked and then looked back at Elaniver.
"Well, if he does it again, then kill him, I only give someone one warning before I do away with them," She said in a humored voice before she signaled the young man to bring both horses forward. She grabbed the reins and looked him. She was ready for a nice rest, just for the day. They had road all day, they had done some training, she wanted to rest and then head out tomorrow for Dauth, where they were living.
Her eyes glanced at two men who were speaking amongst themselves, but nothing back. "Are they married? They look like a pair that would not work, but they seem to know each other better then anyone here." The words made her smile, but she did not comment on the two young men.

Elaniver's slowed completely to a calm drawl and he glanced around at the men who had restrained him after Autumn's words. "If any of you restrain m if that time comes. I will break you." He said simply, it didnt even sound like a threat, more a promise. He pu his arm around Autumn's waist and walked towards the horses with her, the men giving them a tunnel to walk through.
Elaniver swung himself up onto his own horse and glanced around at the still staring men for a moment. He drawled a slightly lazy grin and said. "You should see me when i'm angry." With that he spurned his horse on trusting Autumn to follow. He wondered exactl;y what they were going to do now. Home was rather appealloing what with the darkening sky but did they have time to get home?
(((Sorry its so sucky and short. Got a hell of a lot on my mind)))

She laughed a little as she swung up on her black frisian and looked at the men. Some had fear in their eyes others just looked at them with blank stairs. She had to laugh again as she spun off after Elaniver and caught up with him. She held a smile on her face as they moved quickly and looked at people. Men from the arena had already headed home and were talking about them now and it just made her smile bigger.
"I will have to see you angry one day Elaniver, because if that was annoyed or something, Angry will be fun to calm down," She was one for action that was sure. She moved with him through the thinning crowd. People were heading into their homes and now others were coming out to go on duty.

Elaniver smiled at her words. He didnt like to think about Autumn trying to calm him down when he was angry. It was a very hard feat to accomplish. He always got angry for battles but that was a channelled anger. When he got angry and he made no effort to channell it into a task he simply destroyed anything that happened to get in the way. Which happened to be most things as he would quite often pursue those who fled too slowly.
"No it wont." He said simply as he gazed around the crowd of people. The masses slowly thining out into a small trickle of people. He glanced over at her and said. "Do you wanna go home or are we staying in the barracks for the night" He asked interestedly. Wondering if the horses would make it back to the town if they were ridden as hard as they were getting here.

She smiled at him for a moment and then moved through the people and soon did not have to look out for people, including young children, for most were already in bed or inside their homes. It then came to the question of if they should head on home or stay here for the evening. She did not want to run the horses like they had that morning, so she figured it would be best to stay for the night.
"The horses are tired, we should stay," She said to him as she looked over and then back to the street. She was very tired and a nice bed would be well taken when it came. Her blond hair had strands flying around and her cloak was draped over her lap. She looked ahead, her ice blue eyes searching to make sure nothing got in her way.

Elaniver nodded at her words. The horses should be tired after the lengthy and exerting run they had pulled off just to geet here. He wondered whether he could get away with Autumn being in the barracks. The policy of course, was no civillians allowed in the barracks. But then did she count as a civillian? She had killed soldiers of the Empire and in the eyes of many, (maybe even Nasuada), that made her a Varden soldier. That was something he didnt agree with. If people didnt want to be warriors then they wouldnt make good warriors. A fact that he held in great store.
"Do you want to get a tent up or will the barracks be fine?" He said, wondering what the reception would be like, especially after the show that they had both just put on in the sparring arena. Elaniver's doubts were starting to grow about using the barracks. It didnt pose for a pleasant atmosphere. Elaniver couldnt be bothered with dealing with an unfreindly atmosphere at the moment. He just wasnt in the mood to have to floor a few people. Maybe a new tent would be an appropriote choice instead.

She looked around, listening as the night took over and soon plunged them in darkness, except for the few lights that kept the path lit. She let her horse move with ease, not really stopping him from galloping off, but she knew he would not do such a thing. She heard his words and thought about them herself, thinking about the fact that after their little show, many of the men would possible not want to be around her until she proved herself in battle.
"We should get a tent or something, I do not think the men want me around until I prove myself facing the empire in front of them," She did not want to admit it, but she would have to fight with the men to prove herself. She looked at him, her ice blue eyes looked at his tone body, his strong arms that she just wanted to curl up in.

Elaniver nodded and changed his direction, heading for one of the many supply tents instead of the barracks. He looked down at the mass of people trying to re-organise themselves into what could be mistaken as an efficient system. He signalled to one of the men who appeared to be in charge (he was shouting the loudest) and called him over.
"I need a tent big enough for two to be set up now please." He said calmly with a slight smile to the man who was trying to make it look as though he had been rushed off of his feet what with all the strenuous shouting. "Look, we already have several loads of livestock to ship out and several others who all want tents put up as well. Why should i suddenly make you top priority?" Elaniver smiled knowingly at the man and tapped his war hammer lightly. "Because i can nock your head several ffeet away." He reaplied with his smile still on his face. TYhe man glanced at his war hammer and smiled rather weakly before barking out yet more orders. Two men leapt into more action and rushed past with poles and a large sheet. One thing about those in command of operations such as this was that none of them ever seemed to shout in the same language as you and if they did it was never co-herant. But that didnt seem to stop the lower orders from understanding and getting to it. Maybe they just guessed what the man wanted.

Autumn watched as the man quickly did as Elaniver was asked and waited for the tent to be set up. She was kind of hungry, but she did not care, she wanted to get settled in and sleep. She was very tried from the ride and the sparing and some nice sleep would do both her, Elaniver, and the horses some good. As the tent got set up, she gave her thanks to the man and moved towards the tent and tied her horse up to a post before walking in. She would have to get a cot and stuff, but other then that everything looked fine.

Elaniver surveyed as the tent slowly unfurled into its proper shape, darning on its walls the somewhat traditional signs of over use and man handling that could be described as very 'airport luggage handling-esk'. The crinkles giving it the impretion of being so hardy and well built that not even the clumsyest of airport staff could possibly manage to rip its folds. A sword may however gleam more interesting results. But it was still comforting to know that if someone wanted to cut through it then they would have to work at it.
Elaniver followed Autumn and glanced around, the place had a very empty feel to it. Primarily because it was empty. But there was also the fact that it seemed a little big for your average army on the ru from the Empire. You would've thought it only big enough to hold the bear minimum. Such as a bed and a person. This was big enough to be considered almost luxurious. He turned to see people bringing in a bed and a bucket of water. They hurried back out again to the sounds of balling and shouting coming from the man Elaniver had spoken to.

She smiled as she saw the cot brought in and then saw some other stuff. It was there stuff, the horses must of been unsaddled when they came in. She looked around again and then pulled off her belt, her sword she placed against the poll and she looked around, placing her daggers on the ground next to her sword. She turned and looked at Elaniver.
"It is better then I expected. Besides, it is better then the barracks I am sure," She said to him as she walked over to him, looking up at him, her blond braid had barely been damaged while she was sparing, now she just needed to relax some.

Elaniver chuckled slightly at Autumn commenting on the tent probably being better off than the barracks. It was, by a long margin. When so many men lived with one another in such tight confinement it was bound to cause squabbles and discomfort. But then these men weren’t just any men, they were warriors and warriors usually ended up turning it into a fight. In their opinion, death and maiming was all part of war, otherwise it would simply be a rather bad argument with a lot of pushing and shoving. Hence why there were so many injuries, which occurred in the confines of the barracks. You went in perfectly healthy, only to come out resembling some sort of fruit with bits lopped off. Not a nice sight at all, but a regular one none the less.
Elaniver removed his war hammer from his belt and placed it down right beside the cot, well within arms reach. The likelihood of being attacked wasn’t very high; they were after all in the centre of a large encampment of warriors complete with sentries and reinforcements. The chances of being knifed in their sleep were minute, but that didn’t make them un-necessary. He stretched his neck and flung his shoulders around a few times, reflecting on the fact that he would have to resume regular duties in the morning. Although it wasn’t as bad as most. All the captains knew full well that ‘the game’ preferred to work alone instead of amongst the crowd. He lay down in the cot and gestured for Autumn to join him if she wanted.

She watched him for a moment and when he jestered for her to join him, she was more then willing and laid down next to him, using his tough chest as a pillow, which when relaxed was not as hard as she though it would be. She let her hand settle on his chest also, just below her head and closed her eyes, comfortable right here.
She was very happy right here, but she would not mind being at the house which they were now renting back in Dauth. She did not know if they would depart or with they would stay together, she would like to stay together, but the cattle and horses back in her home were being fetched by some young men and would be back in Dauth within two weeks if things went as planned and they took the ship from Teirm and came into the southern most city and continued in.

Elaniver let his breathing carry her up and down slightly as he stared up at the canvas above him. Waiting for his brain to catch up with him after the day and finally realise that it wouldn’t be a bad idea to let the body sleep. The texture in the canvas looked remarkably like the surface of the land they had ridden over to get to Surda, the thought of riding for miles over a tent canvas with a band of angry men with swords on your tail was rather interesting to ponder when you lay in a bed. He sighed outwardly as he thought about the day he had just experienced. The amount of material some people would actually pay to sing about was rather astonishing. But then people sang about everything nowadays. The idea of minstrels singing about your legend certainly was appealing but when you thought about it you realised that everyone was doing it for everything. Elaniver distinctly remembered hearing a song about someone going out to by some radishes. Now that couldn’t be normal surely.
“You know I have to get up for duties tomorrow morning.” He said absent-mindedly with the certified sound of a man who was trying his hardest to fall asleep and was slowly getting what he wanted. That was always something deter able from the grumble of a half hearted speaker. It was always possible to tell when a man wasn’t really listening to what you were saying and it was equally easy to tell when a man as half asleep by the sheer bleary eyed nature of him.

She let herself get comfortable, knowing that morning would come faster then anything else in the world. She was happy to be able to relax for just a few moments after the long ride and not only ride, but also after the sparing that had taken place. She let her hand rest on his chest, her ear listening to his heartbeat and breathing as his lung filled with airs and his heart pounded in his chest. She felt herself falling, going deeper into the relaxing mood of sleep for the moment. She opened her ice blue eyes as he spoke and looked up into his black orbs, a smile on her face.
"Is there anything I can do tomorrow or should I head back to Dauth?" She was not sure if he could get his duties transferred to Dauth, but something told her it would not work very well. She rolled some, so she could tilt her head up easier and look at him with less discomfort.
